Heavy cream and all but 1 tablespoon of butter are omitted from this dish, and cream cheese and Greek yogurt are used in their place. A slice of bacon is used to add some richness and a smoky aroma, but not a ton of fat. Serve with sauteed zucchini noodles, pasta, or rice.

SHRIMP & BROCCOLI ALFREDO
I tossed this recipe together while trying to fill a craving. Everyone I know absolutely loves it. Please don't omit the tuna it really adds to the dish! I am not totally sure of the quantities as I usually make a huge batch-I tried to make it smaller here. Feel free to adjust to quantities-we also like alot of shrimp and broccoli in ours. Great with garlic bread!
