Steps:
- Whisk peanut butter, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and vinegar in a medium bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, until beginning to soften and brown in spots, about 6 minutes.
- Add the remaining 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon soy sauce to the pan along with bell pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until the pepper has softened and the liquid has evaporated, 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the reserved peanut sauce and season with crushed red pepper. Garnish with peanuts.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe, and cook uncovered until the stems are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until tender, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli rabe. Cook and stir until the broccoli rabe has been cooked to your desired degree of tenderness, about 5 minutes for soft. Stir in the roasted peppers until heated, then remove the skillet from the heat, and stir in the lemon juice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.

- In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic begins to brown, about 1 minute. - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash the broccoli in cold water and pat dry. Peel the stems and cut them into rounds up to where the florets branch off. Break apart the florets.
- Toss the broccoli florets and stem pieces with the oil and a sprinkle with salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast until tender, stirring halfway, 14 to 16 minutes depending on the size of the florets. Transfer to a plate and serve.

- In a medium mixing bowl add together the beef strips and soy sauce.
- Mix to be sure all the beef is coated.
- Add the sugar and pepper, stirring for 3 minutes to be sure each piece is evenly coated and sugar is dissolving.
- Add the whipped egg white and slowly stir in the cornstarch, again stirring for 3 minutes to make sure the beef is evenly coated.
- You DO NOT want to see any sugar or cornstarch.
- Cover and let stand in the fridge for 3 hours, stirring well after 1 and 1/2 hours.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Bring a wok to medium high heat.
- Par boil the broccoli for 1 minute.
- Drain in colander in sink.
- Add 2 T. oil and garlic to wok and quickly"mush" around.
- Stir fry the broccoli until tender crisp, around 5-6 minutes tops.
- Remove broccoli to a bowl.
- Add the remaining oil if needed and stir fry the meat until just under done.
- Return broccoli to wok and stir.
- Add the sherry and oyster sauce.
- Stir fry for 1 minute making sure broccoli and beef is thoroughly coated with sauce.
- Serve over hot white rice.

- Cut broccoli and red pepper into pieces about 1" square (individual florettes for broccoli).
- Use medium heat throughout.
- In Wok or stir-fry pan, heat peanut oil and toast peanuts until golden and fragrant.
- Remove peanuts and set aside.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry approximately 5 minutes.
- Add sweet red pepper.
- Continue stir-frying until broccoli and pepper reach desired doneness.
- Add peanuts back into pan, toss and reheat if necessary.
- Pour into serving dish and serve immediately.
- Season as desired.
