1 (12.35 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury® Reduced Sugar Chocolate Fudge Brownie
1/3 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil or 1/3 cup Crisco® Puritan Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA
3 tbsps. water
1 large egg
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 cup Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 (11.75 oz.) jar Smucker's® Hot Fudge Sugar Free Ice Cream Topping
Mints leaves for garnish, if desired

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Coat bottom of an 8-inch round cake pan lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
  • PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package using oil, water and egg. Stir in almond extract, peanut butter and peanuts until blended. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  • BAKE 40 to 42 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
  • PLACE cake on serving platter. Stir fudge topping until smooth. Spread over cake, covering top and sides. Place the tip of a frosting knife at the center of cake, pulling the knife toward the outer edge in a slight arc. Turn cake a notch counter clockwise. Repeat knife pull several times to form a pattern around entire cake. Garnish center of cake with mint, if desired.

  • Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with foil; grease the foil. In a small bowl, combine the butter, flour, cracker crumbs and sugar; press into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until set. 1 ½ cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Combine sugar, peanut butter, shortening, and vanilla extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating briefly after each addition. 1/3 cup unsalted butter
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons half-and-half cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease an 8" square pan.
  • For the brownie base: Combine the butter and chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring until mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Remove saucepan from heat.
  • Beat in sugar and vanilla using a hand mixer.
  • Add eggs;beat well.
  • Stir in flour, mixing until batter is smooth.
  • Gently stir in chips.
  • Spread into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a cake tester or toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Cool pan slightly on a wire rack.
  • For the broiled topping: Heat broiler.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, blending well.
  • Spread atop warm brownie base.
  • Broil 4-6" from heat until bubbly and light golden brown.
  • This only takes a minute or two.
  • Mixture burns easily, so don't get distracted-watch carefully!
  • Serve warm or cool.
  • Cut into squares.

½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar

¾ cup chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine 2 1/2 cups white sugar, 1 cup melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time with an electric mixer, mixing well after each addition until thoroughly blended.
  • Sift 1 1/2 cups flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl. Stir flour mixture gradually into butter mixture until blended. Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
