- 1 Para el cereal, mezclar en un bowl los cereales con el azu00facar y la manteca derretida, disponer sobre papel manteca o silicona y cocinar en horno 140u00b0 durante 10 minutos; sacar, revolver y cocinar otros 10 minutos.
- 2 Para el brownie, disponer papel manteca sobre el molde previamente enmantecado.
- 3 Calentar en microondas hasta derretir la manteca junto con el chocolate, de a 30 segundos.
- 4 Mezclar los huevos junto con el azu00facar con batidora elu00e9ctrica para conseguir un poco de aire.
- 5 Incorporar a la mezcla de chocolate y manteca.
- 6 Agregar los secos tamizados.
- 7 Poner la preparaciu00f3n en el molde, nivelar y cocinar en horno a 170u00b0 durante 20-25 minutos.
- 8 Para la salsa de caramelo, poner azu00facar en una ollita hasta formar un caramelo color u00e1mbar.
- 9 Incorporar la crema con mucho cuidando revolviendo constantemente.
- 10 Sumar la manteca hasta que estu00e9 toda derretida, volver la olla al fuego y calentar hasta que llegue a la temperatura 110u00b0-115u00b0.
- 11 Retirar la olla del fuego y agregar una cdta de vainilla.
- 12 Verter la salsa sobre los cereales y revolver bien.
- 13 Disponer esta preparaciu00f3n sobre el brownie ya cocido y esperar a que enfru00ede por completo.
- 14 Cortar en cuadrados y servir.

This are the easiest and most delicious brownies that I have ever eaten. They are so moist and super quick and easy to make. For best results, use a Dutch processed cocoa. For less cake-like brownies, use all-purpose flour instead of self rising.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and sugar. Add eggs, and mix well. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the vanilla and stir in walnuts if desired. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are firm. Cool before cutting into squares.
