CHICKEN PASTA BAKE RECIPE
A pan of Chicken Supreme Pasta Bake is definitely comfort food to the max. This easy, cheesy pasta bake comes together in no time when you combine the toppings from a chicken supreme pizza with pasta and cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
- Place the onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and butter in a large skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and flour and cook for another minute or two.
- Whisk in the chicken broth. Stir until the broth thickens slightly.
- Stir in the yogurt. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and can of tomatoes and stir everything together.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the pasta into the prepared dish. Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browning. Serve hot.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook the pasta noodles, according to the package directions. Drain and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil to keep them from sticking.
- Stir together the cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce until creamy.
- Add the chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and cooked pasta noodles to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine. Spoon into the prepared dish.
- Combine the remaining two cheeses and sprinkle over the top of the pasta. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese on top is melted.
- Remove and serve immediately with green onions, hot sauce, and ranch drizzles. Serves 6.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, saute chicken in 1 tablespoon oil until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. - Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook fettuccine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking pan.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter and warm olive oil together in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken, onion, and garlic and cook until chicken is heated through, 2 to 4 minutes. Pour in cream and buffalo sauce. Mix well and heat through.
- Combine mozzarella and Gouda cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle in potato starch. Add mixture to sauce and stir constantly until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add fettuccine and mix to combine. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking pan.
- Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter and panko bread crumbs in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of the noodles. Top with Colby-Monterey Jack cheese.

This isn't super healthy, but I usually help it out by using WW pasta, Olive Oil (or bake the chicken), Olive Oil Mayo, and skim milk. Also feel free to sub Ranch dressing for the Blue Cheese. Definitely serve it with a big salad!

- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, shredded chicken, 1 cup Mozzarella and cooked cooled noodles.

- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over casserole and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

This is a great merge of buffalo chicken and pasta salad - sort of. I found this recipe on a wonderful blog called How Sweet It Is, and I have adapted it slightly. My family loves when I make this for dinner! I usually serve it with steamed mixed vegetables.

- Cook the pasta according to directions.
- While pasta is cooking, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter, and once it's melted and bubbly add the flour. Whisk together to create a roux and cook for 1-2 minutes until mixture gets a bit golden in color.
- Add milk. Continue stirring until milk thickens.
- Add in grated cheeses and continue to stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in buffalo wing sauce.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Add pasta and chicken, then pour cheese sauce over and mix thoroughly until everything is coated.
- Sprinkle with additional grated cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with desired garnish (I put tomatoes on mine, husband puts buffalo sauce on his).
