This zesty pizza is a quick way to bring some spice to the dinner table. The biscuit mix crust gets its zip from chopped jalapenos while taco seasoning perks up the tomato sauce. Sweet peppers , sausage, lettuce and tomato complete the Mexican main dish.

- In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Stir in 1 cup cheese and jalapenos. Pat dough onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned., Combine taco seasoning and tomato sauce; spread over crust. Top with the peppers, onions, sausage and remaining cheese. , Bake for 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Combine sour cream and ranch dressing; drizzle over pizza. - Divide dough in half. With greased fingers, pat each half onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 400° until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain., Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top with cheese, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and sausage. - Preheat oven to 375 F. Separate crescent rolls into sixteen triangles. Place in two ungreased 12 inch rimmed pizza pans with points toward the center. In each pan, press rolls together, seal perforations and form a circle 1 inch larger in diameter than bottom of pan. Turn edges under to make a slight rim.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over each crust. Top with potatoes; add peppers and/or green onions, if desired. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl: stir well. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over each pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Heat a large skillet on the stovetop over medium high heat.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook through.
- Set the sausage aside.
- Heat a large saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
- Add the cream cheese and chicken broth, whisk together as the cream cheese melts.
- Once smooth, add the parmesan and ½ cup mozzarella cheese, continue whisking while the cheese melts into the sauce.
- Add the jalapeño ranch dressing and whisk all of the ingredients together.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Roll the pizza dough out on a baking sheet.
- Pour the 3 cheese jalapeño ranch sauce onto the pizza dough.
- Top with the cooked sausage and sliced jalapeños.

PIZZA WITH JALAPENO POPPER CRUST

- Put a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the middle oven rack and preheat to 425 degrees F for 1 hour. Meanwhile, bring the pizza dough to room temperature. Sprinkle a 15-inch round pizza pan with cornmeal.
- Mix the cream cheese, 1/2 cup pepper jack and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl until combined.
- Stretch the dough almost to the edge of the pizza pan, pressing with your fingertips (lightly oil your hands if the dough is too sticky). Spoon the cream cheese mixture in a thin border around the edge of the dough, about 1/2 inch from the edge. Fold the edge of the dough over the cream cheese mixture and pinch to seal.
- Put the pan on the hot stone and bake until the crust is lightly golden, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread the sauce in the middle and top with the mozzarella and the remaining 1/2 cup pepper jack. Brush the crust with olive oil and top with the jalapeno slices. Bake until the crust is browned and crisp and the cheese is bubbling, 8 to 12 more minutes.
