This craveable Buffalo chicken casserole doubles as a game day app or an easy weeknight dinner.

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup milk
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, wing sauce and milk with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Stir in chicken, bell pepper, 1/4 cup of the green onions and 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese until well blended. Spoon evenly into casserole.
  • Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Place biscuit pieces on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are no longer doughy. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sliced green onions.

1 pound pizza dough
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce ((homemade sauce in notes))
1/2 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing ((homemade sauce in notes))
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese ((optional))
1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan or asiago cheese
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 450° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2.In a bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, cilantro, chives, and jalapeño. 3. Divide the pizza dough into 4 balls. On a floured surface, roll the dough into about an 8-inch circle/oval. Spread each piece of dough with ranch, then add buffalo chicken on top in an even layer. Top with equal amounts of mozzarella and cheddar. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce, if desired. Tuck in two sides of the dough, then roll up into a log (like a cinnamon roll), pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.4. In a bowl, combine the parmesan, sesame seeds, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the stromboli with the beaten egg, then sprinkle with the parmesan. Take a sharp knife and cut 2 small slits in the top of the dough.5. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375° and bake another 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with additional buffalo sauce and/or ranch. ENJOY!

2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 package (9 oz) frozen cooked chicken strips (about 2 cups), thawed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips (or use strips of both colors)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Blue cheese dressing, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll both cans of dough into 2 large rectangles on cookie sheet. Place rectangles with long sides together, forming 15x10-inch rectangle; press edges and perforations to seal.
  • In medium bowl, mix chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Spoon chicken mixture lengthwise in 4-inch-wide strip down center of dough to within 1 inch of short sides. Top with mozzarella and blue cheeses, bell pepper and onion.
  • Bring long sides of dough up over filling, overlapping 1 inch; firmly press center seam and with fork, press ends to seal.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cut crosswise into slices; serve warm with salad dressing.
