6 slices thick-cut bacon cooked crisp, crumbled
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 each seeded hamburger rolls

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, add the bacon, tomato, and Hidden Valley®Original Ranch®Avocado Dressing, and mix well to create a salsa.
  • Shape the beef into 4 burgers. Grill the burgers and onion slices for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees F has been reached.
  • Toast the rolls. Place a burger in each roll. Top each burger with 2 tablespoons of the salsa and grilled onions to taste, and serve.

seasoning salt, to taste
one hamburger bun
2 ounces habenero cheese, Cabot brand preferred (it is VERY spicy)
3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1/3 avocado, sliced
2 slices bacon, cooked

Steps:

  • Make burger patty and generously season with seasoned salt (Lawry's).
  • Grill. I grill 8 minutes per side on low to medium-low heat.
  • Place sour cream on insides of bun.
  • During last 6 minutes of grilling add cheese to meat, and place bun off heat on grill.
  • To serve, top with avocado and bacon.
