2 ounces gin, such as Bombay Sapphire
1 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
1/4 ounce creme de violette liqueur
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce hibiscus rose syrup
1 edible flower, for garnish

Steps:

Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, creme de violette liqueur, simple syrup and hibiscus rose syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for a minute, then pour into a martini glass. Float an edible flower in the glass and serve.

2 ounces creme de cacao
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1-1/2 ounces butterscotch schnapps liqueur
6 semisweet chocolate chips
Soft butterscotch candies, optional

Steps:

Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the creme de cacao, vodka and schnapps., Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Divide chocolate chips between 2 chilled cocktail glasses; strain butterscotch mixture over chips. If desired, garnish with butterscotch candies.
