1 (18 1/4 ounce) box chocolate cake mix (or flavor of your choice) or 1 (19 7/8 ounce) box brownie mix
24 flat-bottomed ice cream cones
1 can frosting, of your choice (I use cream cheese frosting)
chocolate sprinkles (or any type of sprinkles you desire)

Steps:

  • Prepare cake mix or brownie mix according to pkg directions.
  • Fill each cone about 3/4 full of batter, up to first ridge in cones.
  • Place cones in the cups of a cupcake pan or on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake@ 400 degrees fr 15-18 minutes or until tests done.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before frosting.

1 box betty crocker® supermoist® party rainbow chip cake mix
water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
24 flat-bottom ice cream cones
1-2 can(s) betty crocker® rich & creamy frosting (any flavor)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
  • 2. Make cake batter as directed on box. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (two-thirds full). Place ice cream cone upside down on batter in each cup.
  • 3. Bake 16 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean (cones may tilt on batter). Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Remove paper baking cups. Generously frost cake with frosting, and decorate as desired. Store loosely covered.
  • 4. After frosting, enjoy a downpour! Sprinkle frosted cone cakes with any of the following: breakfast cereal, animal crackers, dried fruit, candy sprinkles, crushed hard candies, graham cracker crumbs, granola, mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
  • 5. Help steady Ice Cream Cone Cakes on a serving plate by putting a small amount of frosting on the cone bottom; lightly press cone onto plate.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ounce colored candy sprinkles

Steps:

  • Prepare cake mix according to directions. Fill each cone about 3/4 full of batter, up to first ridge. Place cones in the cups of a cupcake pan or on cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 15 to 18 minutes. Place 10 chocolate chips on top of each warm cone, and in a minute or two spread melted chocolate over top. Decorate with candies.

1 box pillsbury chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup oil
12 cherries
12 ice cream cones
ICING
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup solid crisco
1/2 cup butter salted & softened
4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the cake mix as directed on box
  • 2. Poor cake batter into each ice cream cone fill about 1/4 of a inch below the top of the cone so cake batter has room to expand without overflow
  • 3. Bake on 350 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until tookpick when inserted comes out clean
  • 4. Take out of oven and cool completely to room temperature
  • 5. Icing---- mix together your butter and your crisco vanilla and your heavy whipping cream...cream all these items togather
  • 6. Slowly add in your powdered sugar to the mixture until gone cream frosting until smooth add a pinch of salt to your icing and cream togather
  • 7. Place icing in a piping bag and apply in a circle rotation to make it look like a soft serve cone top cake cone with a cherry refrigerate for 15 min and serve
