Number Of Ingredients 7

4 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
2 teaspoons ground cumin

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • Store mixture in an air-tight container.
  • To use: Rub the seasoning blend on a steak and grill, or use it to season beans, rices, grains or vegetables.

This i s a great dry rub spice for steaks and ribs. This is what I use in my BBQ Beef Ribs. Keeps forever too!!

1/2 c kosher salt
1/4 c coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 c coarsely ground white pepper
1/4 c mustard seed
1/4 c cracked coriander seed or ground coriander
1/4 c garlic powder
1/4 c onion powder
1/4 c crushed red chilies
1/4 c dill weed

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container in a cool dry place away fro heat and light.
  • 2. Makes 2 1/2 cups

1 tablespoon crushed red chile
1 tablespoon dill seed

Steps:

  • In a bowl combine the salt, black pepper, white pepper, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, chilies and dill seeds.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
