CANDY CRAZE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Place a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream on each of four cookies. Top each with another cookie and a scoop of peanut butter cup ice cream. Top with remaining cookies., Press M&M's and peanut butter cups into sides. Wrap in plastic; freeze on a baking sheet at least 1 hour.

• Prepare, bake and cool Brownie for Ice Cream Sandwiches according to recipe directions. Cut brownie in half widthwise. Spread ice cream over one brownie half. Turn over remaining brownie half; place over ice cream. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm. , Cut into bars, squares or desired shapes. Drizzle with ice cream topping; let stand for 1-2 minutes or until topping is set. Wrap in plastic; freeze on a baking sheet until serving.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT

Steps:

• Arrange 14 ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cut remaining sandwiches in half lengthwise; fill in the spaces in the dish. Spread with caramel and whipped toppings. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped candy bar. Cover and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares.

CREAMY CANDY BAR ICE CREAM

Steps:

• In a large heavy saucepan, heat the cream and milk to 175°; stir in sugar and salt until dissolved. Whisk a small amount of hot mixture into eggs. , Return all to the pan, whisking constantly. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture reaches at least 160° and coats the back of a metal spoon. , Remove from the heat. Cool quickly by placing pan in a bowl of ice water; stir for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Press plastic wrap onto surface of custard. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight., Stir in candy bars. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to freeze. Allow to ripen in ice cream freezer or firm up in the refrigerator freezer for 2-4 hours before serving.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT BARS

Steps:

• Arrange 12 of the ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread 1/2 of the whipped topping on top of the sandwiches. Spoon 1/2 of the hot fudge on top of the whipped topping. Place remaining 12 ice cream sandwiches on top of the fudge, spread on the rest of the whipped topping, then finish the layers with the remaining hot fudge. Cover and place in the freezer for 2 hours to set. Let soften at room temperature briefly before cutting into squares.

SNICKERS™ ICE CREAM CAKE BARS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
• In large bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, water and eggs until well blended. Stir in peanuts. Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Remove brownie from oven to cooling rack. Cool 30 minutes.
• Spread 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce on top of brownie. Place in freezer 10 minutes. Remove pan from freezer, and evenly spread softened chocolate ice cream on top of caramel layer. Return to freezer 1 hour.
• Remove pan from freezer, and evenly spread softened caramel ice cream on top of chocolate ice cream layer. Cover, and place in freezer about 3 hours or until firm.
• When ready to serve, spread whipped topping on top of frozen cake. Sprinkle chopped candy bars over top. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup caramel sauce and the chocolate syrup. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in freezer.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE

Steps:

• Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish; top with a layer of whipped topping, hot fudge topping, and caramel topping. Repeat layering with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, hot fudge topping, and caramel topping, ending with a top layer of whipped topping. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover dish with aluminum foil and freeze until set, at least 30 minutes.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT

Steps:

• Cut one ice cream sandwich in half. Place one whole and one half sandwich along a short side of a high-sided 9x13-inch casserole dish. Repeat until bottom is covered, alternating the whole and half sandwiches. Spread with half of the whipped topping. Pour caramel on top. Sprinkle with half of the peanuts. Repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and peanuts. The pan will be full. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Steps:

• Cut ice cream sandwiches in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick through up through the center of each cut end.
• Remove the caps and seals from the shell topping. Place in the microwave and cook for 8 seconds. Pour each bottle shell topping into a glass measuring cup.
• Dip each pop into shell topping until completely covered, allowing excess to drip off. Dip the top ends in desired toppings and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Freeze pops at least 1 hour before serving.

Steps:

• Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13 pan, trimming to fit if necessary.
• Cover with cool whip.( soften somewhat if needed to help in spreading over the sandwiches).
• Layer chopped candy bars on top of the cool whip.
• Place in freezer until 20- 30 minutes or so before serving.

THIN ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Lay 12 pizzelle cookies on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons softened ice cream on each pizzelle.
• Add as many chocolate chips and sprinkles to the ice cream as you like. Place another pizzelle cookie on top to sandwich the ice cream together.

Steps:

• Line glass dish (9x13 inch) with unwrapped ice cream sandwiches.
• Cover with layer of cool whip and crushed candy bar.
• Repeat sandwiches, cool whip and rest of candy bar.
• Freeze 30 min and serve!
