Easy Rum Punch Recipe is the best quick Jamaican Caribbean cocktail to whip up for a party. This recipe uses a handful of ingredients including coconut rum, dark rum, white rum, and pineapple juice. Double the recipe and for a crowd and make it by the gallon!

1 750ML bottle coconut rum
1 750ML bottle dark spiced rum
1 cup white rum
4 cups pineapple juice (Add more pineapple juice (5-6 cups) if you prefer a sweet punch.)
1/2 cup grenadine
1/2 cup club soda (Club soda is optional, but I use it to smooth out the taste of the rum.)

Steps:

  • Add the rum to a pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Add in the pineapple juice, grenadine, and club soda. Stir.
  • Serve chilled and/or over ice in glasses.

1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
6 cinnamon sticks plus more for serving
3 cups pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups golden rum
3/4 cup lime juice (from 6 limes)
Ice

Steps:

  • In a small pot, bring water, sugar, and 6 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 8 minutes. Let cool to room temperature; discard cinnamon. (Refrigerate in airtight container, up to 1 month.) In a punch bowl, stir together cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, rum, and lime juice. To serve, add ice and cinnamon sticks.
