- In small microwavable bowl, microwave Caramel ingredients on High 40 to 60 seconds or just until it begins to boil. Dip each apple slice into caramel; sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon peanuts. Set aside. Cool remaining caramel slightly.
- Spoon cooled caramel into each of 2 martini glasses. Place glasses in freezer while making martinis.
- In martini shaker, place schnapps, liqueur and vodka; shake well. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with caramel-dipped apple slices.

- Spray waxed paper-covered plate with cooking spray. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is smooth, stirring every 30 sec.
- Dip half of each apple slice, 1 at a time, into caramel sauce; place on prepared plate. Dip rims of 4 martini glasses, 1 at a time, into remaining caramel sauce. Drizzle any remaining caramel sauce down insides of prepared glasses. Let stand 30 min. or until caramel sauce is firm.
- Place dry drink mix in cocktail shaker. Add apple cider; stir until mix is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; cover with lid. Shake until well blended. Pour through strainer into 4 glasses. Top with apple slices. Serve immediately.
