4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half
4 JET-PUFFED Caramel SWIRLMALLOWS Marshmallows
12 pecan halves

Steps:

  • Break candy bar into 4 pieces.
  • Place 4 graham squares on microwaveable plate; top with chocolate, marshmallows and nuts.
  • Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallows puff. Top with remaining graham squares, pressing lightly into marshmallows to secure. Serve immediately.

8 peanut butter cups
8 tsp caramel (we used Carnation)
sea salt flakes, for sprinkling

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to high and line a baking sheet with parchment. Put 8 waffle biscuits on the tray with a peanut butter cup on each and grill until it starts melting.
  • Put a tsp of caramel on the other 8 waffles and sprinkle a few salt flakes over each.
  • Sandwich the waffle biscuits together and enjoy with a cappuccino.

1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
36 caramels
2 tablespoons hot water
20 large marshmallows

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside. Place nuts in a shallow dish. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and water. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30-90 seconds or until melted, stirring twice., Dip each marshmallow into melted caramel, then roll in pecans. Place on prepared baking sheet. Let marshmallows stand until set.

A cousin passed this quick and easy recipe on to me. We make it every Christmas and include the caramels in gift baskets we share with family and friends.

1 teaspoon plus 1/4 cup butter, divided
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melted chocolate, optional

Steps:

  • Line a 9-in. square baking pan with foil; grease foil with 1 teaspoon butter., In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, milk and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until a candy thermometer reads 238° (soft-ball stage)., Using a pastry brush dipped in water, wash down the sides of the pan to eliminate sugar crystals. Cook and stir until thermometer reads 248° (firm-ball stage)., Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Immediately pour into prepared pan (do not scrape saucepan). Let stand until firm., Using foil, lift candy out of pan; remove foil. Using a buttered knife, cut caramel into 1-in. squares. If desired, drizzle with chocolate. Let stand until set.

1 ⅓ cups white sugar
¾ cup melted butter
½ cup powdered chocolate drink mix (such as Nesquik®)
½ cup Dutch dark chocolate powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 extra large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup miniature marshmallows
¼ cup caramel sauce
1 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 8x8-inch baking pan with greased parchment paper.
  • Mix sugar, melted butter, chocolate drink mix, dark chocolate powder, and sea salt together in a bowl. Beat eggs and vanilla extract together until smooth. Fold egg mixture into cocoa mixture, incorporating as little air as possible. Sift in flour slowly while stirring until batter is thick and shiny.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan; pour in half of the melted chocolate. Pour in remaining batter; top with remaining melted chocolate. Press chocolate into the batter with a spatula so that only a small amount of melted chocolate is visible.
  • Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven; top with marshmallows and caramel sauce. Bake until marshmallows are melted and browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven; top with walnuts. Cool until brownies are set, about 15 minutes.
