This steel cut oats recipe is similar to Alton Brown's Food Network recipe, but it does not have the whole milk or buttermilk. I use 1% and it turns out great!
Very creamy, cheesy and yummy! My grandson loves it, you might too.A little healthier than my regular recipe, but definitely a comfort food. Can use any milk, 2% was all I had in the house.
