1/3 cup butter, cubed
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
10 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
GLAZE:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a heavy saucepan, bring butter, sugar and water to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted; cool slightly. Stir in vanilla., In a large bowl, beat eggs until lightly beaten. Gradually add chocolate mixture; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Spread into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla just until blended. Arrange candy bar pieces over brownie layer; spread cream cheese mixture over top. Bake 18-20 minutes or until top is set and edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour., For glaze, bring cream to a simmer; remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool 15 minutes; pour over pie. Refrigerate until serving.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 egg
⅓ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Prepare the brownie mix as directed by manufacturer. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on box. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Swirl together using a knife or skewer.
  • Bake according to manufacturer's instructions. Brownies will be done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then cut into bars and serve.

This cheesecake brownie pie combines brownies, cheesecake, and pie and elevates them all to the next level!

Number Of Ingredients 14

4 cups small salted pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
10 tablespoons cocoa powder (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
4 large large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
2 large large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Crush all ingredients in a mini food processor until they look like wet sand. Or, place pretzels in a sandwich bag, crush with a rolling pin, and mix with other ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Press into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10" deep dish pie pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer) for three minutes.
  • Pour into pre-baked pretzel crust.
  • Beat all ingredients in a small mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Pour over brownie batter.
  • Use a knife or a bench scraper to draw lines or swirls into the cheesecake layer. As you dig deeper into the batter, some of the chocolate will be unearthed creating a marble effect on the top of the pie.
  • Bake for 60 minutes until the pie is set. A toothpick inserted into the center of the pie will come out with just a few crumbs on it.
  • Turn off oven and prop the door open slightly, leaving the pie in the oven to slowly cool. This prevents cracking.
  • After an hour, remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before slicing.

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 (15.8 oz) box Pillsbury® Supreme Double Chocolate Brownie
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Reserved chocolate syrup packet from brownie mix
3 tablespoons hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese layer ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • Reserve chocolate syrup packet from brownie mix for topping. In large bowl, place brownie mix, oil, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon.
  • Spread 1/2 cup brownie mixture in bottom of crust-lined pie plate. Spoon and carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer. Top with small spoonfuls of remaining brownie mixture; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover crust edge with 2 to 3-inch wide strips of foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil during last 15 minutes of bake time.
  • Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is puffed and crust is golden brown (pie may have cracks on surface).
  • In small bowl, mix chocolate syrup from packet and hot fudge topping. Place mixture in small resealable bag. Cut small hole off corner of bag. Drizzle topping over pie. Cool completely, about 3 hours, before serving. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
  • High Altitude: (3500-6500 ft)
  • Add 3 tablespoons flour to dry brownie mix. Bake as directed above.
