Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole - THE BEST Mexican casserole EVER! Chicken, sour cream cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, salsa, corn, cheese and Doritos! Everyone goes nuts over this casserole. Only takes a minute to assemble and it is ready to eat in 20 minutes. SO quick and easy. Great for a crowd - even picky eaters love this!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Crush the entire bag of Doritos and cover the bottom of the dish.
- Reserve one cup of cheese. Mix together remaining ingredients in a large bow. Pour chicken mixture over the Doritos.
- Bake uncovered for 20 min. Top casserole with the remaining cheese and bake 5 additional minutes or until melted.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread crushed chips out into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Stir chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, salsa, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together in a bowl. Pour chicken mixture over crushed chips into the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup cheese over the casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 5 minutes more.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350-f degrees.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except doritos.
- 3. In a greased 2 qt baking dish, put a layer of crushed Doritos (about 2 cups), then a layer of the chicken mixture. Repeat once more, ending with a layer of chicken mixture. Top with more shredded cheese, cover, and bake for 30-35 minutes, till bubbling hot.
- 4. Then if you like, you can top it off with lettuce ,tomatoes and onions

- In a large bowl, stir together chicken, condensed soup, tomatoes and green chilies, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the chips in the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
