- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater. (Learn more about how to make cauliflower rice here.)
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower rice and sea salt. Stir fry until the cauliflower is cooked and a little browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
- Transfer the mixture evenly to a 9 x 13 in (23 x 33 cm) glass casserole dish. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Lightly wipe down the saute pan to remove any cauliflower pieces, and add the ground beef. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain if needed.
- Sprinkle the ground beef evenly over the cauliflower in the casserole dish.
- Drizzle the casserole with ketchup (you can make your own sugar-free ketchup like this, or store bought is fine if you are not strictly sugar-free) and mustard. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until casserole is hot and cheese melts.

- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the shredded cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 20 second spurts, until the cheese is mostly melted. Remove and whisk together, until combined and smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Transfer the warm cheese mixture into a food processor. Add the dry ingredients, along with the eggs, and pulse until a thick dough remains.
- Lightly dust a kitchen surface with almond flour. Transfer the dough onto it, and, using slightly wet hands, knead it several times. Once the dough is smooth, divide it into 6 portions. Roll the portions of dough into balls and place them on the lined tray. Press down onto each one into a thinner burger bun shape. Brush the tops with the remaining egg (whisked), before sprinkling the sesame seeds on top.
- Bake the buns for 14-17 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes, before slicing in half and serving.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, psyllium husk, sweetener, nutritional yeast, salt, and gelatin in a large bowl. Mix completely. Add hot water and mix thoroughly into dry ingredients. Add egg whites and vinegar; mix. Add active yeast and mix dough.
- Knead dough until all fluid is absorbed. Allow to sit 10 minutes.
- Fill a small bowl with water and keep nearby to moisten fingers and prevent dough from sticking. Form dough into 6 equal parts and shape into desired bun shapes. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

- Grease an 9×13″ baking dish with olive oil and set aside. Preheat your oven to 360°F. Place 1½ pounds ground beef, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, ½ teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Stir well until combined.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet. Add the ground beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until it browns completely.
- Add the cooked ground beef mixture to your prepared baking dish in an even layer. Spread 3 cups canned or frozen green beans over the beef.
- In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs. Add ½ cup heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Evenly pour this mixture over the meat and green beans. Spread 1½ cups grated cheddar over the top of the beef and green bean mixture.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients, including the instant yeast.
- Slowly pour in the warm water and whisk until incorporated. You should have a thick cake batter type consistency.
- Use wet hands to take a chunk of the dough and form a ball, just slightly bigger than a golf ball.
- Place the dough balls onto a greased/floured sheet pan or make sure it is lined with parchment paper.
- Put the sheet pan into a warm area, away from drafts and let the buns rise for 45 minutes to an hour.
- (I brought my oven up to 50°C, then turned it off and placed the dough in the oven to rise. NOTE: they will rise some more in the oven)
- Once the dough has risen. Spritz with a little bit of water so that the buns won't immediately burn.
- Bake at 375°F / 175°C for 10 minutes or until nicely brown on top.
- Take out and let cool.
- Cut in half and use as a bun for a hamburger!
