- In a medium size skillet brown your beef or turkey over medium heat, drain off any grease. Add the diced onion and sauté 3-5 minutes. Add the cabbage, tomatoes with green chili, tomato sauce, spices and stir well. Cover and reduce heat to medium cooking for 15-18 minutes stirring occasionally. Top with cheese!

- Core and cut the cabbage into strips.
- Cook the cabbage and onion in the butter over medium heat until it is as soft as you like.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put cabbage and onions in a greased 7 x 11 baking dish.
- Spread sour cream over top.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 375* oven for about 30 minutes or until it is heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- This can be doubled for a 9 x 13 baking dish. Use the same directions and double the ingredients.
