The cherry blossom-tini is a sake-based variation on the popular cosmopolitan. It's an easy recipe that is perfect for spring and summer affairs.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 ounces sake
1/2 ounce triple sec
1/2 ounce cranberry juice
Splash lime juice (fresh)
2 dashes orange bitters

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a cocktail shaker , pour the sake, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and bitters. Fill with ice.
  • Shake well .
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
  • Serve and enjoy.

2 1⁄2 ounces Dassai 50 sake
1 ounce Plymouth gin
1⁄2 teaspoon Maraska maraschino liqueur
Cherry blossom

Steps:

  • Combine the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry blossom.
