BLENDED CHERRY MOJITOS

Steps:

• Place the frozen cherries, crushed ice, mint leaves, lime juice, rum, and simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
• Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedges and cherries.
• Lime Simple Syrup
• In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and lime zest over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using.
• Yield: 1 2/3 cups

EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
• Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
• Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts 1 inch apart across the top with a knife, so that you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbly about 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.

ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cherry tomatoes; toss to coat.
• Spread cherry tomatoes in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
• Roast until skins are slightly shriveled, 35 to 40 minutes.

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the cherries with juice, 3/4 cup sugar and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, lemon zest, salt and remaining sugar. Stir in milk and butter just until moistened., Drop by tablespoonfuls onto simmering cherry mixture. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a dumpling comes out clean (do not lift the cover while simmering).

CHERRY DOMINOS

Steps:

• Crust : Cook at low heat in a saucepan with thick bottom : butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs, whisking continuously about 5 minutes, until it's thick.
• Remove from the heat and add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and almonds.
• Butter a square pan of 9 inches and spread the crust mixture pressing firmly. Freeze.
• Cherry Garnish : In a bowl, with an electric mixer, mix powdered sugar, butter, cherry juice and almond extract, until mixture is creamy.
• Add cherries and stir with a wooden spoon. Spread the cherry mixture on the cold crust. Freeze while doing the chocolate glaze.
• Chocolate glaze : On the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter.
• Spread the chocolate glaze on the cherry mixture.
• Let cool and cut in squares.
