Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Evenly sprinkle pineapple in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Carefully spread with pie filling. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. , Bake until top is golden brown, 50-60 minutes.

SUNRISE CHERRY PIE

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
• Combine reserved syrup, softened cream cheese, and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
• Add 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/2 cup pie filling; mix lightly.
• Gradually add sugar to cream, beating until stiff peaks form.
• Fold into cream cheese mixture.
• Pour into crust; top with remaining pineapple and pie filling.
• Chill several hours or overnight.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, mix the cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple and whipped topping.
• Put in small decorative dessert dishes or stemmed wine glasses.

• In a medium saucepan, combine the cherries, pineapple, and enough water to just cover the fruit. Add the corn starch, cinnamon stick, and maple syrup. Stir together, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, until the fruit is somewhat tender and the filling is nice and thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside. Place one pie crust i n 9 inch pie plate. Pour the filling into the crust. Cut second pie crust into strips and lattice shape over the top of the filling. EASY PINEAPPLE CHERRY COBBLER

Steps:

• Pour pineapple chunks and cherry pie filling into the bottom of a 9x11 pan. you can mix them, or leave as they are.
• sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
• cut butter into pats and place on top of the cake mix, spacing them kinda evenly.
• bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. it may take a little longer. (our oven is very old and varies from day to day!).
• serve with ice cream or whipped cream!
