1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water in saucepan 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain Brussels sprouts. Add to onions along with the ham; cook and stir 2 min. or until ham is heated through. Spoon into serving dish.
  • Top with cheese and nuts.

1 lb ham steaks or 1 lb leftover baked ham
1 lb Brussels sprout
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 lb bacon, cut into pieces
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Steps:

  • Cut ham into 1/2-by-2 inch strips.
  • In a saucepan combine the brussels sprouts, water and salt. Cover, simmer for 9-12 minute or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, saute bacon in heavy saucepan until crisp. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat.
  • Add onion to bacon. Saute 2 minute until tender. Add ham, brussels sprouts (drained of cooking liquid), and thyme.
  • Cover and steam over low heat for 5 minute.

½ cup sauerkraut, drained
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Italian-style bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Toss together the Brussels sprouts, ham, mushrooms, green onion, Parmesan cheese, Asiago Cheese, and sauerkraut in a large bowl until combined. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, and pepper; toss until coated. Pour this mixture into a 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Bake in preheated oven until the Brussels sprouts are tender, about 45 minutes.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen brussels sprouts, thawed and drained
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; set aside. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Stir in brussels sprouts. Remove from the heat; stir in cream cheese mixture. , Spoon into a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
