1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
6 oz Cream Cheese
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
8 oz Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
2 Egg Yolks
Salt and Pepper
16 oz Potato Gnocchi
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Chicken Breasts (Chopped)
6 oz Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Green Onions
6 oz Fontina Cheese
6 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Bacon (Cooked & Chopped)
Dried Parsley Flakes

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream cheese, garlic, milk and heavy cream. Whisk the ingredients until smooth. Bring the mixture to a simmer as you continue to whisk. Turn off heat, and whisk in the Parmesan cheese.
  • Add a tablespoon of the Alfredo to the beaten eggs and whisk vigorously. Now add the eggs to the saucepan whisking vigorously the entire time so that the eggs do not scramble. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a large baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • Cook the gnocchi according to the directions on the package. Typically 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta cheese, chicken, Parmesan cheese, green onions, bacon and gnocchi. Fold the ingredients together until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the fontina and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until warmed through and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from heat. Sprinkle bacon, parsley and shaved Parmesan on top. Serve immediately and enjoy.

1 package Delallo Gnocchi Kit
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
16 ounces chicken breast tenderloins (cut into 1 inch cubes)
Salt
Black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups shredded romano cheese (divided)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 10 ounce package frozen broccoli
¾ cup Italian Style Panko Breadcrumbs
Fresh basil (chopped, for serving.)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Prepear gnocchi according to gnocchi kit directions. Here is a good link with all the tips.
  • Add olive oil and garlic to a large, oven safe skillet. Heat over medium high heat.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant and soft.
  • Add in the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring often, until chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • Using the same skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
  • Use a wooden spoon to deglaze, scrape the bottom of the skillet.
  • Add cream and mix well.
  • Mix together the two cheeses, reserving ¾ cup of the mixture. Gradually add the cheese, all but the part you reserved, adding a little at a time and waiting until melted to add the next batch.
  • Stir in the cooked gnocchi, chicken, and frozen broccoli, stirring to completely coat in the sauce.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and then the breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and melty.
  • Serve immediately topped with fresh basil.

2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into large chunks
2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
6 cloves garlic (4 crushed, 2 chopped)
3 wide strips lemon zest, plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 sprigs rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 pound penne
6 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 pound)
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
Freshly ground pepper
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚ F. Butter an 11-by-14-inch or other 4-quart baking dish. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Put the chicken in a dutch oven or other large pot, then add the chicken broth, crushed garlic, lemon zest, rosemary sprigs and bay leaves. Partially cover and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook, partially covered, until the chicken is tender, 20 to 22 minutes.   • Melt the butter in the Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook until sizzling, about 30 seconds. Sprinkle in the flour and stir to make a paste; cook until the flour is no longer raw, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the reserved 2 cups cooking liquid and the heavy cream; season with 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Return to a simmer, whisking to make a smooth sauce. Cook over low heat until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan, the parsley and lemon juice. Add the chicken, pasta and broccoli and stir to coat. Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan and the mozzarella. Bake until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly, about 25 minutes.
