Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and cook 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and to 165 degrees F. Remove from pan.
- Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat and add the broccoli and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the broccoli is almost tender. Add the garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer while stirring. Continue to stir and cook until slightly thickened. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the chicken back in and coat in the sauce and veggies. Serve over rice or past.

- Heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until just browned.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the pasta, chicken broth, and milk. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer. Cook for 16-20 minutes, stirring often. Add the broccoli after 8 minutes. Cook until the pasta is fully cooked and absorbed the liquid to create a creamy sauce. If needed added more milk or chicken broth.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and lots of black pepper.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add spaghetti and bring the water back to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente; drain well.

- In a large skillet add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until no longer pink in center. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

- Set oven to 375 degrees.
- grease a 9-inch square pan.
- Steam the broccoli spears until tender-crisp, then plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Drain, and blot dry on paper towels.
- Arrange on bottom of baking pan.
- Evenly place chicken over the broccoli; set aside.
- FOR SAUCE: heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, swirl to coat bottom of skillet.
