A friend at work shared this recipe with a few co-workers. So far it has received rave reviews so I thought I post it and make it this weekend!

Steps:
- Brown chicken with onions and garlic.
- Add seasonings, tomatoes, broth and mushrooms.
- Simmer covered for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from sauce and keep warm.
- Blend corn starch with cream to make a smooth past and stir into sauce.
- Stir in remaining cream and simmer gently for 5 minute stirring constantly.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Served with hot noodles or rice.

- Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder.
- Brown in oil in a large skillet.
- Place browned pork chops in a crock pot.
- Add the can of soup, undiluted.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3 1/2 hours).

- In two small bowls, combine the salsa and mayo ingredients; chill until serving., In a large bowl, combine the egg, peppers, milk, mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into 18 patties., If grilling the burgers, coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear., Stir cheese into salsa. Spread rolls with mayo; top each with a lettuce leaf, burger and 2 tablespoons salsa mixture.
