- In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Coat four pieces of heavy-duty foil (about 12 in. square) with cooking spray. Place a quarter of the chicken mixture in the center of each piece. Fold foil around mixture and seal tightly. , Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 15-18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink., Carefully open each packet. Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheeses. Seal loosely; grill 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Steps:
- In a big mixing bowl, add the chicken pieces, olive oil, zucchini, pepperoni, green pepper, onion,garlic, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper; toss to combine.
- Coat 4 (12-inch square) pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place one-fourth of the chicken mixture onto the center of each piece of foil.
- Fold foil around chicken mixture and seal tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals for 15-20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
- Open each packet (carefully) and sprinkle with tomatoes and cheeses; seal loosely.
- Grill 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.

Steps:
- Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast and salt in bowl.
- Stir in warm water.
- Beat on low speed for 1/2 minute. Scrape bowl constantly.
- Beat 3 minutes on high speed.
- Stir in remaining flour with a spoon.
- Turn dough out on floured surface. Knead 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cover dough; let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide into 6 parts.
- (Dough is also excellent pizza dough.) Filling instructions: Brown and drain sausage, green pepper and onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, spices and water.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Roll each portion of pizza pocket dough into rounds.
- Spoon 1/6 of filling and 1/6 of cheese onto each pizza pocket round.
- Fold dough in half and close with fork tines.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Here's what you need: Tyson® Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, italian seasoning, onion powder, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pepperoncinis, shredded parmesan cheese, garlic bread

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Add the chicken to an ungreased 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Pour the Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce over the chicken and stir until the chicken is completely coated. Top with the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pepperoncinis.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken bake from the oven and turn the broiler on high.
- Place the chicken bake under the broiler and broil for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is browned (watch closely as it can burn quickly). Remove the chicken bake from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish the pizza chicken with shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
