CHILI-CHEESE STUFFED LIT'L SMOKIES® SMOKED SAUSAGE

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix cream cheese, chili powder, paprika and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a zip-top bag and snip a small piece off of one corner of the bag. Split smoked sausages down the middle without cutting them in half.
- Squeeze a little cheese mixture into each smoked sausage. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until heated.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with lime zest and cilantro.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay out the crescent sheets in triangles.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly on the triangles of crescent dough, then wrap each triangle around a hot dog.
- Pour the chili into a 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish.
- Place the rolled hot dogs on top of the chili in the baking dish, evenly spread out.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle into 3 pieces. Roll a slice around each cocktail wiener, forming a pig in a blanket. Place them side by side in the cast iron skillet to form a wreath shape. Brush the tops of the pigs in a blanket with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, chili and 1 cup of cheddar. Pour mixture into the center of the wreath. Sprinkle with ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
- Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese has melted. Top with diced green onions and let cool for 5-7 minutes before serving.
