Steps:
- In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place cheese, taco sauce, chili and hot dogs; stir to coat well.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot dogs with tortilla chips, if desired.

COCKTAIL WIENERS
A sweet and savory treat for any get-together that will sure be a crowd pleaser. It's cheap and easy to make in a slow cooker with only three ingredients. I make this for any get-together and it is always a hit! I was a little unsure at first about the grape jelly concoction, but I tried it and have never done it any other way. It is so savory with just enough sweet. I always receive or over hear lots of agreement with the taste of the sauce. It always disappears at parties, and the next day I have cravings for these cocktail wienies. Try it for your next potluck, back yard BBQ, or any event!

This beans 'n wieners chili is a great family and crowd pleaser, and a super quick & simple one-pot meal that's ready in 30 minutes, start to finish! Serve this chili piping hot with your favorite assorted toppings such as grated cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and pickle relish; just add a tossed green salad and biscuits or cornbread to round out the meal. - In medium or large pot (depending on amount you are making), saute first three ingredients in butter or oil over medium heat until slightly softened.
- Add sliced hot dogs and cook until hot dogs are lightly browned, about five minutes.
- At this point, transfer over to crock pot if using.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
- Heat through until hot and bubbly.
- Ladle into bowls and top with grated cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, and pickle relish.

HOT WIENERS RHODE ISLAND STYLE
Steps:
- In a medium saute pan over medium heat add, margarine and 1 minced onion. Saute till translucent, but do not brown. Next add chili powder, paprika, allspice, curry, dry mustard and cinnamon. Then add beef, stir thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes, add water and simmer over medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
- In a medium sauce pot boil hot dogs with salt and steam buns.
- When meat is done simmering, add meat mixture to the hot dog in the bun, top evenly with minced onion, yellow mustard, and a sprinkle celery salt.
WEENIELADAS
This is a family favorite - a cross between chili dogs and enchiladas - that makes a cozy dinner on a cold autumn evening. If you serve it on Halloween, call it Hallo-weenie-ladas. Serve with sour cream, hot sauce, and a fresh green salad. Enjoy!

- Mix chili and tomato sauce together in a bowl.
