Chocolate Streusel Brownies Recipe

  1. flour', "confectioners' sugar", 'cocoa powder
  2. butter
  3. cream cheese
  4. sweetened condensed milk
  5. egg
  6. vanilla
  7. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  8. walnuts


  1. preheat oven to 350f degrees
  2. in lg
  3. bowl mix flour , sugar , and cocoa
  4. cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  5. reserve 2 cups crumbs
  6. press remaining crumbs in bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan
  7. bake 15 minutes
  8. in lg
  9. bowl beat cream cheese till fluffy
  10. at med speed gradually beat in milk
  11. add egg and vanilla
  12. blend well
  13. pour over crust
  14. add choc
  15. chips and walnuts to reserved crumbs
  16. crumble over cream cheese mixture
  17. bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  18. cool on wire rack
  19. refrigerate
