Steps:
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Create round balls using your hands.
- Place onto a baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes or until solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals.
- Individually coat eat ball in the chocolate and place back onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Chill until chocolate is set.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a large bowl mix together coconut, sugar, salt, vanilla, and condensed milk. If the mixture is too dry add additional milk until it all just comes together.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Break apart chocolate bars and add to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave chocolate for 75 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to check and stir.
- Remove the coconut balls from the freezer and individually roll in melted chocolate to coat. Place back on a wax paper lined tray and sprinkle with additional coconut and top with an almond (optional).
- Enjoy!

- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes. Dip cookie balls in the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and let sit until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.

- In a bowl, combine the flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack., In a saucepan, combine the milk and 1 cup chocolate chips. Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. - Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 inch, square baking pan with heavy-duty foil, folding the foil over the edges of the pan.
- Put butter in pan and melt in oven. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; stir to mix.
- Add cereal and stir with a spoon, then mix with fingers until thoroughly coated. Place waxed paper on top and press down gently but firmly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until entire surface is bubbly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and let stand for chips to soften.
- Spread chips, then sprinkle with almonds, pressing gently into chocolate. Let cool until just warm, then refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight before cutting.
- Using foil as a lifter, remove from pan and, without inverting (almond would peel off), peel off foil. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.

- Add cashews to food processor and pulse quickly. They should be broken up into smaller bits and pieces, but not pulverized. Empty into a small bowl and set aside.
- Add dates to the food processor and blend until they become smooth and stick together in a large mass. Empty the date paste into a large bowl.
