TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BUNDLES
No one will be able to resist three kinds of chocolate wrapped up in a fuss-free flaky dough. Instead of sprinkling the bundles with sugar, try drizzling with melted chocolate.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the first three ingredients. Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Place triangles on a work surface with the short edge toward you. , For each bundle, place 1 tablespoon of chips in the center of each triangle. Bring top point over chips and tuck underneath dough. Fold side points over top, pressing to seal., Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack until serving. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.

- Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the chocolate pieces and walnuts in a small bowl.
- Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry into a 12-inch square. Cut the pastry into 9 (4-inch) squares. Place about 2 tablespoons chocolate mixture in the center of each square. Brush the edges of the squares with water. Bring the corners of each square to the center on top of the filling. Twist tightly to seal, fanning out the corners. Place the pastries 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
- Bake the pastries for 15 minutes or until they're golden brown. Remove the pastries from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the pastries with confectioners' sugar.
- Alternate Preparation: For large bundles, cut the pastry into 4 (6-inch) squares and place about 1/3 cup chocolate mixture in center of each square. Proceed as directed. Makes 4 servings.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until blended. Add bananas; stir to coat. Steps:
- Unfold puff pastry and cut the sheet into 4 (4x4 inch squares).
- Beat eggs and cream together to create an egg wash.
- Brush pastry squares with egg wash.
- Place 2 chocolate kisses and mini candy bars in the center of each pastry square.
- Pull corners of the square up around the chocolate, brushing edges with more egg wash if necessary to secure bundle.
- Brush exteriors of bundles with additional egg wash.
- Place bundles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Ganache:.
- In a sauce pan bring heavy cream to a boil.
- Place the chocolate pieces in a bowl and pour hot cream over top.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Puddle ganache onto a plate and place 1 bundle on top.
- Top with whipped cream and other garnishes as desired.
- Top whipped cream with additional ganache if desired.
- Enjoy!

- Thaw pastry 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- On a floured surface, roll pastry to a 12-inch square, cut into four 6-inch squares.
- Place 1/4 cup chips and 1 tbsp walnuts in the center of each square.
- Bring pastry corners together, just above the filling twist and turn.
- Fan out corners.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 10- 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand 10 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
