CHOCOLATE WALNUT FANTASIES
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and cream cheese in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add eggs; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour and baking soda. Beat until well mixed. Stir in walnuts, coconut and candy bar chunks.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

Steps:
- Butter an 8x8 inch dish.
- Place butter, chocolate chips and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk and marshmallows. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 minutes more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over contents of mixing bowl. Beat entire mixture until it thickens and loses its gloss. Quickly fold in nuts and pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate several hours until firm.

- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Fold in walnuts. Spread half of batter into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Add chocolate to the remaining batter; mix well. Carefully spread over batter in pan., Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. , For frosting, in a saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until bubbly and thickened. Cool completely. , In a bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Add vanilla and mix well. Gradually add the milk mixture; beat for 5 minutes. Frost cake. Store in the refrigerator.
