- Place the Meal Maker Assembly with Shredder Disc on Base.
- Lock on Slicer/Shredder Cover, placing a very large bowl underneath spout.
- Turn on Bullet Express™ and add lettuce, cabbages, cucumber, and carrots through Feed Tube.
- Remove Slicer/Shredder Cover.
- Flip Shredder Disc over to Slicer Disc side.
- Lock on Slicer/Shredder Cover.
- Turn on Bullet Express™ and put tomatoes and radishes through Feed Tube.

MAGIC BULLET SIX-SECOND CHICKEN SALAD
This recipe is posted from the Magic Bullet manual for a demo in the Kitchen Gadgets and Appliances forum here at Food.com. It's super simple and makes a great tasting salad for two. If you want to make a larger recipe, double the ingredients and use the blender attachment instead of the short cup. I did find it took me slightly longer than 6 seconds, and in the future I'll chop the apple and nuts a little smaller to speed it up. I also like dried cranberries in my chicken salad, so I hand-stir about 2 Tablespoons of Craisins into the mixture after I'm done pulsing.

- Add the ingredients to the SHORT CUP, in the order they are listed, and twist on the CROSS BLADE.
- Put the cup on the Magic Bullet power base and press down to start the motor. Release pressure immediately, pause and let the ingredients settle. You can also tap the cup on the counter top to redistribute the ingredients and move larger pieces closer to the blades.
- Repeat the pulse technique until you've reached the desired consistency.

- Place 12 graham crackers into the Meal Mixer and pulse until you achieve a powdery consistency.
- Add butter at room temperature and Pulse until the crumbs are moistened throughout.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees (unless it's for use at a later time.).
- Place your Meal Mixer onto the Base and insert the Flat Blade.
- Add ingredients in the order they appear to the Meal Mixer and Pulse the Bullet Express about 10 to 15 times until the ingredients are mixed together and the dough looks slightly formed and thickened (it pulls away from the bottom and forms towards the center.) If the dough is not forming, check to be sure you followed the steps correctly and start over from the beginning again.
- Carefully remove the dough, keeping an eye on the blade (its sharp!) and place it on the flour sprinkled surface.
- Knead for 4-5 minutes then shape into a ball. Lightly cover your fingertips with flour if the mixture is a little sticky.
- Place the ball of dough into a large oiled bowl and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
- Roll the dough out by hand onto a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Add your favorite sauce and toppings and bake for about 15 minutes. (times vary per oven, so keep your eye on it!).

CHOPPED SALAD
This can take a while - or not. I work progressively: shred the cabbage, then salt it. Cut the carrots, then salt them, letting them sit while you're slicing the onion. Add the onion to the carrots, and so on. The salting intensifies flavor, slightly pickling the vegetables.

- In a colander or strainer, salt the cabbage with at least a tablespoonful and toss. In another colander, combine the carrots, onion, cucumbers and turnip, kohlrabi or beet (the beet will bleed, so you may want to do that separately), and salt with at least a tablespoonful and toss.
- As the cabbage wilts, squeeze out a little excess liquid. Toss the other vegetables from time to time. They can stay in the salt for up to an hour or as little as 15 minutes, during which time you can prepare the other vegetables.
- Rinse the salted vegetables lightly and spin in a salad spinner for a few seconds to remove excess liquid. Toss with the unsalted vegetables and dress with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Taste, adjust seasoning and serve. The salad will keep for a couple of days.
