- Place the pork chops in a zip lock plastic bag. Add the mustard, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Be sure the pork chops are evenly covered.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Place the pork chops into the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side. Remove the pork from the pan and keep aside on a warm plate.
- Add the onions and tomatoes to the same skillet where the pork was browned, adding an additional tablespoon of oil if needed. Cook over high heat for about 5-7 minutes or until browned and softened, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Add the reserved cooked pork chops and cover, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the pork is tender and barely pink in the center, about 15 minutes. Divide the chops among plates, spoon the sauce over the top, add the cilantro and serve immediately.

- 1.tEn un recipiente coloque las chuletas, au00f1ada uno a uno el resto de los ingredientes y mezcle muy bien mientras va frotando el cerdo para que se impregne bien con el marinado. Tape el recipiente y lleve al refrigerador por al menos 2 horas.
- 2.tPasado el tiempo de marinado, encienda la parrilla y cuando estu00e9 lo suficientemente caliente, retire el cerdo del refrigerador. 3.tColoque las chuletas en la parrilla para que se cocinen por 7 minutos a fuego medio. Reserve el marinado restante.
- 4.tTranscurrido el tiempo de cocciu00f3n, humedezca la chuleta con un poco del marinado que reservu00f3, de vuelta al cerdo, humecte por el otro lado con el resto de marinado y deje cocinar por 7 minutos mu00e1s.
- 5.tRetire del fuego y sirva inmediatamente estas jugosas chuletas de cerdo a la parrilla con marinado de cilantro y disfrute en compau00f1u00eda de las guarniciones de su preferencia.

- Calienta la parrilla a fuego medio-alto.
- Mezcla todos los ingredientes, excepto las chuletas. Reserva la mitad de la mezcla para servirla con las chuletas.
- Asa las chuletas de 5 a 7 min. por lado o hasta que estén bien cocidas (temperatura interna de 145°F), pincelándolas de vez en cuando con el resto de la salsa. Retíralas de la parrilla y tápalas. Déjalas reposar por 3 min.
- Sírvelas con la salsa que reservaste.
