Fresh, zesty and full of fat, our Cilantro & Lime Flavored Compound Butter is a delicious addition to any meal.

3 tablespoons Cilantro (finely chopped)
1 lime (zest and juice)
8 ounces Unsalted Butter (softened)
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Place the butter into a mixing bowl along with the cilantro, lime zest, lime juice and salt. Mix well.
  • Spoon the compound butter into a sheet of cling film and gently roll into a log shape.
  • Set in the fridge for 1 hour.

1 stick of butter, softened to room temperature but not melted
1 clove minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste (if desired)
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
zest of 1 small lime

Steps:

  • Soften butter to room temperature.
  • Combine garlic, salt and pepper (if desired), cilantro, lime juice and zest. Mix well.
  • Roll up in parchment paper or plastic wrap and chill until firm. When firm, serve sliced with your choice of food.

1 stick unsalted butter, slightly softened
6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the butter, garlic, cilantro and 1 teaspoon lime juice in a food processor or with a mixer until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, and add more lime juice if needed.
