Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Grease or spray a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Separate canned cinnamon rolls into individual rolls. Cut rolls into quarters. Place in a large bowl and mix in the pie filling and chopped nuts.
- Turn into prepared pan and dot with the butter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes then drizzle with the icing that came with the rolls.

- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples and brown sugar; cook until softened, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Place chopped cinnamon roll dough in an 8-inch square baking pan. Pour egg mixture over rolls. Top with apple mixture and included cinnamon roll icing.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbling, 25 to 30 minutes.
