CINNAMON SWIRL BANANA BREAD RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: large eggs, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, Chobani® Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt, ripe bananas, unsalted butter, all purpose flour, kosher salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, walnuts, nonstick cooking spray, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars. Add the yogurt, bananas, and melted butter, and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the walnuts until evenly incorporated.
- Generously coat a large loaf pan with nonstick spray. Fill the pan with half of the batter and spread evenly. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter in an even layer. Top evenly with the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Use a toothpick to make a few swirls in the batter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.

- Place bananas in a blender. Layer coconut milk, water, ice cubes, dates, cacao powder, ginger root, turmeric root, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract over bananas, in that order. Cover and pulse until shake is very smooth. Dates will remain in chunks to represent "cookie dough chews".

CINNAMON BANANA BREAD

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Set aside.
- Add in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the flour mixture along with the buttermilk to the brown sugar mixture and stir until blended. Do not over mix.
- Place half of the batter into the 2 pans. So each pan has about the same amount.
- In another small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar.
- Sprinkle the loaf pans with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Swirl the mixture in with a knife.
- The place the other half of the batter over the top of the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Prepare the streusel topping by mixing the ingredients together.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the batter.
- Bake for about 43-45 minutes or until done in middle.
