Coca Cola Brownie Cake Recipes

COLA BROWNIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, egg, cola and buttermilk until well blended. Spread into pan.
• Bake 24 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2-inches from side comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
• In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter on HIGH 45 to 60 seconds, stirring once, until melted; stir in cocoa and cola. Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
• Spread frosting over brownies; sprinkle with pecans. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

COCA COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Combine flour and sugar in a bowl.
• In a sauce pan, heat butter, cocoa, and cola to the boiling point.
• Pour over flour mixture.
• Mix well.
• Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla, and marshmallows.
• Mix well.
• bake at 375 for approximately 30 minute or until nothing sticks to fork or toothpick.
• ICING:.
• Combine butter, cocoa, and cola in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar and beat well.
• Add pecans, stir well. Pour over hot cake.
• Let cool. Cut and enjoy !

COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• Combine the cake mix and cola in a large bowl. Use a hand whisk to mix ingredients until light and smooth, about 3 minutes. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
• Bake cake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool before cutting.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture just until moistened., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking pan., In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine cola, butter and cocoa; bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened., In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until blended; add to flour mixture, whisking constantly., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean., About 15 minutes before cake is done, prepare glaze. In a small saucepan, bring cola to a boil; cook 12-15 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in butter and cocoa until butter is melted; remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar; stir until smooth. Pour immediately over hot cake.

• Combine flour and sugar in large bowl.
• Heat butter, cocoa and Coca Cola to boiling point; pour over sugar mixture.
• Mix buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, marshmallows and vanilla and add to mixture. Mix well. Batter will be thin.
• Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
• Frosting: Combine margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola and heat to boiling.
• Pour over sugar.
• Blend with mixer until smooth; add nuts and vanilla.
• Pour over cake while frosting is still hot. Cool and cut into squares.

CHERRY COLA BROWNIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, 3 tablespoons cola beverage and egg until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from sides of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
• In large bowl, beat frosting ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over brownies. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Garnish each with a cherry.

COCO-COLA CAKE II

Steps:

• Combine flour and white sugar in mixing bowl. Heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 cup cola soft drink to boiling and pour over the flour and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
• Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and marshmallows and mix well.
• Bake in a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• While still hot, frost with Coco Cola Frosting: Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons cola soft drink and heat to boiling. Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar and mix well. Mix in chopped nuts and spread over hot cake.

COCA COLA CAKE USING BOX CAKE MIX RECIPE - (3.7/5)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake mix according to package directions but instead of adding water, you will replace that amount with Coca-Cola. Add in dry instant pudding mix to the batter and mix as well. Pour batter into baking dish and bake according to package directions, usually around 35-39 minutes. Just before cake is ready to come out of the oven, start making frosting. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, start melting one stick of butter. Add in cocoa powder and heavy cream (or milk) and stir. Then stir in confectioners' sugar. Stir briskly with a whisk to get all the lumps out. Take mixture off the heat and add in vanilla extract. Once cake comes out of oven pour frosting over warm cake. Do your best to spread it out evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if using. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
