COCONUT WATER AND LIME RICKEY

Steps:

• In a jar, stir or shake together the coconut water, lime juice, stevia, and optional bitters. Divide the mixture between two glasses, then fill each glass with 1/4 cup or more club soda and serve.

SUNSHINE LIME RICKEY

Steps:

• Fill 2 tall glasses three-fourths full with ice. Add half the simple syrup, lime juice, orange juice and bitters to each glass. Top each with 1/2 cup club soda; stir. Garnish as desired.

COCONUT LIME RICKEY

Steps:

• Add all ingredients together, except the lime wedge, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
• Shake vigorously until blended.
• Or Whizz up in a blender.
• Strain mixture into a cocktail glass.
• Squeeze lime wedge into the drink and toss it in.

CHERRY LIME RICKEY (OUR OWN TWIST)

Steps:

• Over ice in a 12-ounce glass put lime juice, simple syrup, cherry syrup. Fill up with seltzer and garnish with a cherry. 10 cents requested.

Steps:

• Build all the ingredients in a collins or iced-tea glass and top with soda. Garnish with a spiral piece of lime peel.

CHAMOMILE LIME RICKEY

Steps:

• Combine the lime juice and chamomile simple syrup in a large (16- to 18-ounce) tumbler and stir to combine. Taste and add more lime juice or syrup, if you'd like.
• Fill with ice, top off with the seltzer and gently mix to combine. Garnish with lime slices, or an organic edible flower, if you are feeling extra fancy.
