1 can (12 ounces) diet cola
1/2 cup ketchup
2 to 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed

Steps:

In a large skillet, combine first five ingredients. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Add chicken; stir to coat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. , Uncover; simmer for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180°.

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the chicken pieces into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and cola. Pour over the chicken. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until the chicken is no longer pink.
