1.5 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz tomato sauce
1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz sour cream
8 oz mozzarella (sliced or grated)
1 package crescent rolls
2 Tbsp margarine
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix; heat until bubbly. Pour into casserole dish.
Spread sour cream over the top; top with mozzarella. Unroll the crescent rolls over the cheese layer, stretching to fit pan. Spread or cut margarine over crescent layer; then sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes; rolls should turn golden brown.

8 oz medium noodles
1 lb ground beef
3 tbls butter
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 c cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbls green onions
1 tbls green pepper
shredded cheese

Steps:

Cook noodles according to pkg, rinse, drain. Brown beef in butter. Stir in tomato sauce. In med bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, peppers and beat well. Spread 1/2 of the noodles in a greased 2 qt casserole dish.Add 1/2 meat mixture on top of noodles, add 1/2 cheese mixture on top of meat. Repeat layers. Sprinkle w/ shredded cheese. Bake 305 deg for 30 min.

6 package s frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 large eggs
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
1 lb Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut in cubes

Steps:

Squeeze all water out of spinach; add eggs and cottage cheese, mix well. Mix in butter and flour. Add cheese chunks.
Line an 8 quart crock-pot with a large cooking (turkey roasting) bag. Add ingredients.
Cook on high for 1 hour; turn to low for 3 hours.

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 ⅔ cups half-and-half
1 ½ cups chicken broth
¼ teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Spread the rice into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir flour in melted butter until frothy, 2 to 3 minutes; add half-and-half, chicken broth, rosemary, and salt to the saucepan. Stirring continually, cook the broth mixture until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir cooked chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, and pimentos into the sauce; cook until the chicken is hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the chicken mixture over the rice; stir lightly.
Bake in preheated oven until heated through and the rice is very tender, about 30 minutes.
