COOKIES AND CREAM RICE CRISPY

Steps:

• Prep 9 X 13 inch baking pan with nonfat baking spray
• Prep a saucepan with nonfat baking spray
• Crush the mini Oreo cookies. Set aside.
• (Leave some cookies for garnish.)
• Add the marshmallows and butter to the saucepan.
• Put the saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
• Once the marshmallows and butter have melted remove the pan off the stove.
• Stir in the rice crispy cereal.
• Once the cereal is completely mixed add in the crushed Oreos.
• Scoop the rice krispy mixture into the baking dish.
• Press the mixture into the baking dish. (Make sure that it is in an evenlayer.)
• Set aside until totally cooled.
• Cut into 20 squares. Serve.

COOKIES 'N CREAM RICE KRISPIES® TREATS™

Steps:

• Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
• Add cereal and 1 cup chopped cookies; mix well.
• Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
