one 16oz. can Chickpeas (strained)
3 tbsp Tahini,
3 tbsp Olive Oil,
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 clove, minced Garlic
1/4 plus 1 1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 plus 1 1/8 tsp. Sour Salt (citric acid
1/4 tsp. white peper

Steps:

  • !. Pour the canned garbazo beans into a strainer over a bowl to catch the liquid.
  • Combine strained garbazo beans with 1/2 cup of the reserved liquid and the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process on high for ten minutes. Store hummus in a covered container until chilled.
