2 cups shortening
2 cups butter
4 cups brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
8 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 cups oatmeal
4 cups cornflakes cereal
2 cups coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups nuts (chopped pecans or walnuts)

Steps:

Melt together shortening and butter. Blend in the remaining ingredients in a large bowl with melted shortening and butter mixture. Use ice cream scoop to scoop dough on to cookie sheets, 6 cookies to a sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F until chewy, about 15 minutes. Yields 5 dozen.

2 cups white sugar
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup milk

Steps:

Cover baking sheets with wax paper and set aside.
Combine sugar and cocoa in a large saucepan. Stir in milk, butter and peanut butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and mixture is combined, about 5-20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla, oats and nuts, and mix thoroughly. Take a teaspoon and scoop out a spoonful of the mixture; drop the spoonful onto the waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Place in the refrigerator until the cookies are cooled and set. Store the cookies in an airtight container.

6 hamburger buns
1/2 cup guacamole
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped

Steps:

Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix meat, 1/4 cup steak sauce, onions and chiles; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill patties 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F), brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce for the last few minutes.
Serve in buns topped with remaining ingredients.
