County Line Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. idaho potatoes
  2. yellow onion
  3. celery
  4. dill pickle relish
  5. sour cream
  6. kraft mayonnaise
  7. coarse black pepper
  8. garlic salt
  9. celery salt
  10. salt

Steps:

  1. put unpeeled potatoes in a large pot of salted cold water
  2. bring to a boil and cook until tender throughout , about 25 minutes
  3. test by inserting a knife into a potato
  4. refrigerate 30 minutes to allow potatoes to cool
  5. carefully peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes
  6. set aside
  7. in large mixing bowl , blend together onions , celery , relish , sour cream , mayonnaise , pepper , garlic salt , celery salt and salt
  8. add cubes of potato and mix gently
  9. cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve
  10. for garnish: dust with paprika and garnish with a sprig of parsley
  11. recipe can be halved , if desired
