- Preheat grill. Combine all ingredients, except House Seasoning and honey, in a large stock pot and bring to a low boil. Add turkey legs and boil for 30 minutes or until turkey legs register 165 degrees F. Put turkey legs on the grill, season with Paula Deen's House Seasoning and brush with honey. Grill over medium heat about 15 minutes, rotating occasionally as needed. The turkey legs should be crispy and golden brown when done.

SWEET AND SPICY BBQ SAUCE (TEXAS STYLE)

- In a medium pot, cook the bacon over medium-low heat until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain, then eat the bacon as a snack.
- Add the onions to the pot with the bacon grease and cook over medium-low heat until the onions start to caramelize, 6 to 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring occasionally, another 3 minutes. Whisk in the stock, sugar, vinegar, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature before using. This sauce is great on brisket or beef ribs.

- Divide drumsticks between 2 large bowls or shallow dishes. In a smaller bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Add 3/4 cup marinade to drumsticks, dividing evenly between the bowls. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Preheat oven to 375°. Remove drumsticks from marinade to a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan; discard marinade in bowls., Bake, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 45-60 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 175°, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.

- Toast 1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder in a skillet 20 seconds; let cool. Mix with 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce and 1/2 cup plain yogurt in a bowl. Add 2 cups chopped leftover turkey and 1/4 cup each chopped scallions and celery. Season with salt and add some toasted walnuts, if desired. Stuff into pitas lined with lettuce.
