JAMIE'S CRANBERRY SPINACH SALAD
Everyone I have made this for RAVES about it! It's different and so easy to make!

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds in butter until lightly toasted. Remove from heat, and let cool.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. Toss with spinach just before serving.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach with the toasted almonds and cranberries.

CRAISINS SPINACH SALAD
I love Craisins! As I was eating some out of the bag earlier today, I noticed they have a recipe on the bag that sounds REALLY good! So I wanted to post it here before I ate all the Craisins and threw away the bag! :) I may even throw in some bacon bits... mmmm!

Steps:
- Wash and clean spinach. Tear into bit sized pieces and place in serving bowl.
- Add half of cheese and 1/4 onion. Toss to combine.
- Combine dressing ingredients (vinaigrette, oj, and orange zest) in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with Craisins and almonds. Serve immediately.

A delicious deviation from the typical squash preparation, this recipe has kind of a nutty flavor with or without the nuts. - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Slice butternut squash cross-wise into 1-inch slices; peel and clean each slice, removing and discarding seeds and stringy pulp from the center. Cut cleaned slices into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss squash cubes, onion, and olive oil together in a bowl until coated; transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven until squash is tender and starting to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Toss squash mixture, spinach, dried cranberries, and pecans together in a serving bowl and serve warm.

In a large bowl combine the spinach with the almonds, craisins and feta. In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Serve dressing with salad on the side.
