1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2-1/4 cups sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups cake flour
FROSTING:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Sprinkles, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add flour until well blended. , Pour into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. , For frosting, in a small saucepan, combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and cook for 3 minutes (do not stir). Stir in butter and chocolate chips until melted. Cool slightly. Stir frosting; spread over top of cake. If desired, top with sprinkles.

For the jelly layer use:
1 pkt Strawberry Jelly or JELL-O
Make the liquid jelly as instructed on the packet.
The base:
An 8 inches thin layer sponge cake or cookies for the base.
For the cheese layer, mix:
300 gm of philly cream cheese
200 gm of cream, whipped
70 gm white sugar or more(This amount can be adjusted according to your taste).
2 teaspoon gelatine melted in about 4 tablespoons hot water(1 tbsp lemon juice or vanilla essence) or Jelly powder(2 1/2 tsp with 5 tbsp hot water)

Steps:

  • Beat the fresh whipping cream. set aside. Put the cream cheese into a bowl with the white sugar. Beat the cream cheese and sugar till light and fluffy. Gently fold in the whipped cream and gelatine or jelly mixture.Set aside. After the jelly has set,put the jelly on the bottom of a round 8 inches cake pan. Then,pour in the cream cheese mixture. Lastly,place the thin layer sponge cake on top of the cream cheese mixture and press lightly.Refrigerate till cheese is firm (usually overnight) Invert jelly cake onto a plate.Serve cool.

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup seedless red raspberry jam
5 tablespoons raspberry-flavored liqueur or syrup
2 cups fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease bottoms only of 4 (9-inch) round cake pans with shortening; lightly flour.
  • In medium bowl, mix flour, cocoa and baking soda. In 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix buttermilk, food color, vinegar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • In large bowl, beat 1 cup butter and the granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes or until creamy and well blended. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Alternately add flour mixture with buttermilk mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Pour batter evenly into 2 of the pans.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, make cake mix as directed on box, using water, oil and egg whites. Pour batter into remaining 2 pans. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. On low speed, beat in 2 teaspoons vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until mixed; beat on medium speed until fluffy. In small bowl, mix jam and 1 tablespoon of the liqueur.
  • Using serrated knife, cut rounded top off each white cake to level surface. Cut each red velvet cake horizontally to make 2 layers. Brush off loose crumbs. Place 1 red velvet cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate; gently brush with 2 tablespoons liqueur. Spread with half of the raspberry jam mixture. Top with 1 white cake; spread with 3/4 cup frosting. Repeat layers. Top with a third red velvet cake layer. (Reserve remaining red velvet cake layer for later use.) Spread very thin layer of frosting on side of cake to seal in crumbs. Spread remaining frosting on side and top of cake. Garnish with raspberries. Store in refrigerator.

1 cup sifted cake flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
¾ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons 2% milk
½ cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
1 cup strawberry jam

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan with parchment paper.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Stir in the vanilla and milk. Stir in the dry ingredients gradually. The batter will be thin. Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the center springs back when pressed lightly. Don't over bake, or it may crack.
  • Generously dust a clean dish towel with confectioners' sugar. Turn the cake out onto the towel, and peel off the parchment paper. Gently roll up the cake using the towel, and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Unroll the cake, and spread an even coating of jam onto the top. Roll the cake back up into a tight spiral, and remove the towel. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
⅓ cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup any flavor fruit jam

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and flour together until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time. Blend in milk. Pour batter into prepared crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and continue to bake for 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before removing from pan. Stir jelly until smooth and drizzle over cake in a lattice design.

1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
1 cup hot water

3/4 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (you can use Dream Whip or whipped cream, too)
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling or 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Combine the above FIRST LAYER ingredients and put into 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
  • Dissolve jello in water and set aside to cool. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add cooled lemon jello. Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture. Pour on top of cooled first layer.
  • Third Layer:.
  • Dissolve 2-3x 3oz pkgs any flavor jello with 3 cups hot water and cool. Gently pour cooled jello on top of cream cheese layer.
